  • Body composition data — weight, measurements, photos (only if you provide them)
  • Performance data — lifts, reps, sets, RPE, training adherence
  • Billing details — through our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)

We may also collect basic website usage information, such as pages visited, device and browser type, general location (city-level), and referral source.

3. Sensitive information

Health information is treated as sensitive personal information under the Privacy Act. We collect it only with your consent and only to the extent necessary to coach you safely.

You can decline to share any specific health information, but doing so may limit our ability to program around your needs safely.

6. Photos, video, and testimonials

We may ask if you'd like to be featured in photos, video, written testimonials, or social media (@edwinhenrichpt). We will not feature you in identifiable content without your explicit consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers needed to run the business, including:

  • Email and scheduling tools

Some of our service providers (for example payments, email, file storage, and hosting) may store or process information outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to use trusted providers with appropriate privacy and security commitments.

10. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver the service, manage billing, meet legal or tax record-keeping requirements, and respond to disputes. Australian tax and business records are typically retained for at least 5 years.
