The terms covering coaching delivered by FSA Coaching.
These Terms & Conditions apply when you book a discovery call or engage any FSA Coaching service. By submitting an enquiry, attending a call, or paying for coaching, you agree to these terms.
FSA Coaching (Fitness Strength Arts) is a coaching service led by Edwin Henrich ("Edwin"). We provide one-on-one programming, coaching, and training guidance.
You can reach us at: edwinrhenrich@gmail.com
To start with FSA Coaching, you submit the enquiry form on this website. Edwin reads every enquiry personally and reaches out to set up a discovery call (usually 20–30 minutes).
The discovery call is a conversation to understand your goal, training history, schedule, and any health considerations. Submitting the form or attending a call does not create a contract — your engagement begins only when you confirm enrolment and a payment (where applicable) is processed.
Sessions are booked at scheduled times agreed with Edwin. Please arrive ready to train at the agreed start time. Late arrival shortens your session — the session ends at the scheduled finish.
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice and we will move it to another agreed slot at no cost.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited at our discretion. Repeated late cancellations may lead us to discontinue the service.
If we have to cancel a session, we will reschedule it or credit your account in full.
Payment terms, methods, and any applicable surcharges are agreed at the time of enrolment. Late or failed payments may pause your coaching until the balance is resolved.
Refund eligibility is set out at enrolment and varies by service type. Where Australian Consumer Law provides additional rights (for example, services not delivered with due care and skill), those rights apply.
Training carries inherent risk. Strength training, conditioning, and exercise can cause injury. You participate at your own risk.
Before starting any FSA Coaching service you must disclose any medical condition, injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, cardiovascular condition, blood pressure issue, joint problem, or other relevant health matter that may affect your ability to train safely.
You must also notify Edwin promptly if any new injury, illness, or health condition arises during your engagement with us.
We recommend you obtain clearance from your doctor or healthcare provider before starting any training program — particularly if you are returning from injury, pregnant or post-natal, managing a chronic condition, or starting a new training routine after a long break.
FSA Coaching is not a substitute for medical care. We are not doctors, physiotherapists, or dietitians.
Programming and guidance from FSA Coaching is general fitness coaching tailored to your stated goals, history, and preferences. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or dietetic counselling.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom during training, stop immediately and consult a qualified medical professional.
By engaging FSA Coaching, you acknowledge that training involves physical exertion and inherent risk of injury, and you accept that risk. To the extent permitted by law, you release FSA Coaching and Edwin Henrich from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from training or use of programs, except where caused by our negligence or breach of consumer guarantees under Australian law.
We expect respectful, considerate behaviour in all sessions and communications. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.
From time to time we may take photos or video during training for our website, Instagram (@edwinhenrichpt), or other marketing. We will not feature you, your name, or your results in identifiable content without your explicit consent.
You may opt in or out of being featured at any time by emailing us.
Programs, training content, written materials, videos, and resources produced by FSA Coaching remain the intellectual property of FSA Coaching. They are provided to you for personal use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share your program or other FSA content with third parties without written permission.
Information you share with us — training history, health information, body composition, nutrition habits, goals — is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service or by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may suspend or terminate any service for non-payment, breach of these terms, conduct issues, or where continuing the service is unsafe (for example, an undisclosed health condition that puts you at risk).
To the extent permitted by law, FSA Coaching's liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the services we provide is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State or Territory in Australia in which FSA Coaching operates. The Australian courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version is published on this page with the updated date shown above.
